Enclosure cooling, designed and built in Suzhou since 2011

Solutions by industry

The same refrigeration platform, packaged six different ways. Pick the industry and we will tell you which families apply, what the constraints are, and which models we normally start from.

Cooling that runs off the battery bus

Hybrid-power base stations pay for cooling twice — once in energy, once in the generator runtime it forces. Our 48 VDC platform runs straight off the battery bus with no inverter loss, and the combo units fall back to passive heat exchange the moment ambient allows.

Power supply
24 / 42–60 VDC, 230 VAC, inverter
Ambient rating
T3 grade, up to 55 °C
Control
MODBUS-RTU, RS-485, dry contact alarms
Refrigerants
R134a, R1234yf, R513A, R454B

Product families

Size a unit for a site

Holding the spread across the pack

A pack that runs 8 °C hotter at one end ages at a different rate from the other. We build the whole climate stack — air cooler, liquid chiller and dehumidifier — so the delta across the rack stays inside the window the BMS was designed around.

Air cooler
2.0–7.5 kW, up or down air flow
Liquid chiller
6–8 kW door mount · 30–60 kW floor stand
Dehumidifier
400 ml – 10 L / 24 h
Modes
Free cooling, heat pump, active + passive

Why integrators pick us

  • Service access from outside the cabinet — no opening the enclosure, no touching PACK cables
  • R32 on the floor-standing chillers; R513A options across the air coolers
  • Combo units pair active cooling with a heat pipe and dehumidification in one opening

Liquid cooling without a water plant

Most CDUs assume a facility water loop on the other side of the heat exchanger. Plenty of sites — containerised compute, PCS rooms, solid-state transformer halls, edge deployments — do not have one and are not going to get one. Ours rejects to ambient air instead.

Capacity
60–120 kW per ΔT variant
Coolant flow
150–300 L/min, PG / EG / water
Air flow
20,000–30,000 m³/h
Protocols
CAN, TCP/IP, MODBUS-485

In the box

  • Pumps, plate exchanger, expansion and air-purge sets, pre-charged and factory tested
  • Automatic coolant replenishment and automatic air-discharge valve
  • Wet- or dry-cooled, active or passive — selected at order

Substation equipment

Sealed cabinets, years between service visits

Substation and ring-main cabinets get commissioned and then left alone. The cooling has to be sealed against dust and condensation for a maintenance interval measured in years, which is why most of this work goes to heat exchangers rather than compressors.

  • IP55 sealed air-to-air exchangers, 50–300 W/K, no compressor to fail
  • State Grid and Southern Power Grid projects in service
  • Battery swapping stations and EV charging cabinets
  • Condensate evaporator boxes where drainage piping is impractical

Built for air that corrodes things

The failure mode in these plants is never capacity — it is the coil quietly dissolving. Internal refrigeration devices and pipework get high anti-corrosion electrophoresis or an optional nano coating, and the outdoor-side dust net is plug-in so site staff can replace it without tools.

Precision chillers built into your equipment

This work is almost entirely OEM: the unit disappears inside an analyser or a reagent cabinet and is judged on how tightly it holds a set point and how quietly it does it. One circulation pump feeds several cooling points, with the set point configurable over RS-485.

Recovering the heat in exhaust air

Cross- and counter-flow plate recuperators to 10,000 m³/h, in aluminium, acrylic-protected aluminium or stainless steel — meeting European Ecodesign 2016 and 2018. This is where the company started in 2011, and it still underpins every sealed-cabinet product we make.

  • Swimming pool, hospital and industrial ventilation
  • Data centre non-contact evaporative cooling
  • Pre-heating and pre-cooling in air handling units
  • Heat recovery in very low energy consumption houses

Dissipation in watts, ambient range, enclosure size, power available, corrosion class. That is enough for us to come back with a model number.
