From one heat exchanger line to ninety thousand units a year

DBS Cooling Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd began in 2011 as Chuyuan Machinery in Wuzhong District, making air-to-air heat exchangers. It was rebranded DBS in 2017 and moved into a purpose-built 12,000 m² base in Wujiang, Suzhou.

Today 120+ people build environmental control units for telecom operators, storage integrators, grid utilities and medical OEMs in more than sixty countries — around USD 20 million a year, with over 30,000 units in the field.

2011
Chuyuan Machinery founded in Wuzhong District, producing air-to-air heat exchangers.

Capacity expanded for precision sheet metal and aluminium/copper coil processing.

Rebranded DBS Cooling Technology (Suzhou); 12,000 m² Wujiang base launched and relocation completed.

Certification varies by model. The catalogue lists the marks held per part number — check the model table or ask us for the certificate.

Low-GWP refrigerants by default

The range has been migrating away from high-GWP refrigerants as market approvals allow. R134a is retained only where an existing certification or customer specification requires it.
